SAUT Hosts Delegation from Novia University of Applied Sciences, Finland

The Saint Augustine University of Tanzania (SAUT) has recently hosted a delegation from Novia University of Applied Sciences (Novia UAS), Finland, as part of the ongoing academic partnership between the two institutions which began in 2022 under the Global Mobility Programme of the Erasmus+. The programme promotes international cooperation, staff mobility, and knowledge exchange among universities worldwide.

The visiting scholars participated in teaching activities, meetings with SAUT faculty members, and discussions on future collaborative initiatives.

The visit also provided an opportunity for cultural exchange and mutual learning, further strengthening academic ties between Tanzania and Finland.

Speaking during the visit, the Deputy Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs, Prof. Hossea Rwegoshora, emphasized that international partnerships such as this play a vital role in enhancing academic quality, promoting research collaboration, and expanding global learning opportunities for both staff and students.

SAUT looks forward to further strengthening its collaboration with Novia UAS through joint research initiatives, staff and student mobility, and collaborative academic projects that will benefit both institutions and their respective countries
