i. Possession of at least four (4) “D” passes including passes in Basic Mathematics and the English Language in the Certificate of Secondary Education Examination (CSEE) or its Equivalence
ii. Possession of the Certificate of Secondary Education Examination (CSEE) and National Vocational Award (NVA) Level II (Trade Test Grade II) in ICT in a relevant field.
